Movies have the power to make us laugh, cry, and sometimes both at the same time. Before a movie can elicit any of those emotions, however, it requires the help of a talented group of production teams/crews to help bring the page to the screen. These talented artists have worked for years, studying and honing their craft with each film – they have a true passion for their work and the creative process. These traits however are not found only in entertainment – these are traits we all share no matter our job or career path.

Produced by Disney CreativeWorks in partnership with Pfizer-BioNTech, we interviewed production crew members who, thanks to vaccines and boosters, have been able to get back to doing what they love most – bringing entertainment to the world.

These short confessional-style vignettes, captured against the backdrop of a bustling Hollywood soundstage, not only highlighted these important individuals (and roles) that help make our favorite films, but showcased how anything is possible when we work together.
